The role
* Preparing and drafting contracts, letters, and key legal documents
* Managing incoming and outgoing post and maintaining organised filing systems
* Scheduling appointments and keeping team diaries running smoothly
* Monitoring key conveyancing milestones, including completions
* Communicating with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
* Updating the case management system accurately and promptly
* Carrying out property searches and assisting with exchanges and completions
* Providing support to colleagues across the department when required
* Maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards at all times
You
* Administrative experience, ideally within a legal or professional setting
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* Proactive approach with the ability to manage your own workload
* Confident and professional communication style
* Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
* Eagerness to learn and develop within conveyancing
