My client is seeking a Data & Automation Specialist with strong compliance and governance experience to own the design, development, and continuous enhancement of a strategic internal platform that consolidates employee and technology communication-channel data. Using Microsoft SQL Server, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint, DataIKU, and Python, you will ensure the platform remains reliable, high-performing, and fully aligned with compliance and surveillance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, extend, and maintain the record-keeping platform using SQL, Power Platform, and Python.
Build and document APIs; ensure accurate, complete, high-quality data ingestion.
Optimise database performance and resolve technical issues.
Enhance UI/UX, visualisation, navigation, and role-based access; maintain comprehensive audit trails.
Create clear functional and technical documentation and user support materials.
Lead the migration from prototype to a robust BAU solution, including change control, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
Maintain and prioritise a dynamic backlog; communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Deliver training to end-users and technical teams; foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
Conduct data analysis for investigations, producing accurate, evidence-ready reports.
Key Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Python, and SharePoint.
Solid understanding of data engineering, ETL processes, DataIKU, and data integration.
Experience in data governance or data-management roles (data quality, metadata, controls).
Demonstrated project-management ability across complex technical initiatives.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
