Key Responsibilities of SEN TA:
* Support students with a range of special educational needs on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
* Assist teachers in adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs.
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
* Help students develop key life and social skills.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff.
* Contribute to a safe and supportive classroom environment.
Requirements for SEN TA:
* Experience working with SEN students or in a similar educational support role.
* Understanding of additional needs such as ASD, SEMH, or speech and language challenges.
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
* A patient, flexible, and proactive attitude.
* Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
