This role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract for maternity cover. The Depot Operations Supervisor reports to the Retail Sales & Operations Manager (RSOM) and oversees customer services, delivery fleet, and the cold store warehouse at the depot.
Responsibilities
* Act as an integral member of the leadership team, modelling passion and commitment to deliver outstanding service to customers.
* Help drive the consistent delivery of established processes and operational standards.
* Track the team’s performance against achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets.
* Develop operational performance of the depot and the skills of the team.
* Hold responsibility for health & safety, stock management, local delivery fleet management and facilities maintenance.
* Be willing to participate in day‑to‑day tasks, including deliveries (full UK driving licence required).

Requirements
You must have held a UK manual driving licence for at least 2 years. All offers of employment are subject to a driving assessment, driving licence checks and basic DBS checks. This role is not eligible for sponsorship under the skilled worker route.
