We're recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer in their field, looking to grow their team with a personable Customer Service Advisor in St Leonards.
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, friendly environment where you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for customers - from first contact through to successful delivery.
The Role
Responding to incoming customer enquiries via phone & email
Processing & inputting orders onto the CRM
Coordinating delivery schedules with internal departments & third-party couriers
Maintaining regular communication with customers through to order completion
Building positive relationships to encourage repeat business
Setting up & maintain electronic & manual records for customers & orders
The Person
Friendly, confident communicator with a great telephone manner
Organised, detail oriented, & proactive in solving problems
Passionate about customer satisfaction & delivering excellent service
Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
The Package
Competitive salary of up to £27,000 DOE
Monday to Friday, either 8.30am - 4.30pm, or 9am - 5pm
