JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Cross Border Specialist to strengthen our team!
Your Role
You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance with customer SOPs, industry regulations, and road freight operations, while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Your Responsibilities
1. Ensure full compliance in all aspects of the road freight import, export, cross trade and domestic distribution operation.
2. Build relationships with all stakeholders.
3. Build relationships with all colleagues to ensure a smooth operation.
4. To communicate effectively and quickly with all stakeholders and ensure customer excellence
5. Follow KPI’s and drive through impact via Data Quality
6. Identify escalations before they become an unmanageable escalation – reporting to your line manager
Your Skills and Experiences
7. Experience in customer service or similar role in logistics.
8. Ability to think outside the box/creatively to resolve issues on a daily basis.
9. You are required to have a good level of literacy and numeracy.
10. You should be computer literate and able to adapt to using in-house computer systems.
