Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Running a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters from instruction to resolution
2. Drafting legal documents, including claim forms, pleadings, and witness statements
3. Attending case management conferences and hearings, or instructing Counsel as needed
4. Liaising with medical experts, barristers, and third-party funders
5. Ensuring compliance with relevant pre-action protocols and funding arrangements
