Responsibilities
* Provide a comprehensive PA/secretarial service to the Haematology team.
* Supervise and lead the administrative team, ensuring high standards and efficient workflows.
* Act as the main point of contact for the specialty, handling queries from clinicians, GPs, patients, and internal teams.
* Organise outpatient clinics, consultant diaries, meetings, and departmental rotas.
* Support audits, research, and data reporting as required.
