Due to impressive growth they are now looking for an Internal Sales & Commercial Manager to join them at their Leeds based offices\n\nDescription\n\nLead commercial decision making and activities across the business, overseeing day to day operations across Internal Sales, Commercial, Customer Service and warranties\nCreate and develop the business wide commercial strategy in line with directors expectations\nReporting to the MD - Provide regular data and insight against customer objectives\nDrive growth across existing customer accounts through development of the internal sales function and strategy\nWork closely with suppliers to manage contract negotiations and ensure the best possible commercial outcome for the business\nThe role will grow into a General Manager role and have full responsibility for day to day operations across the business Profile\n\nExperience in a similar internal sales / commercial management roles\nUnderstanding of internal sales and customer service process\nStrong commercial awareness and acumen\nRecord of managing contracts with both customers and suppliersJob Offer\n\nThe role will join an industry leader at the offices on the outskirts of Leeds with great links to the M1 & M62.\n\nMonday to Thursday 08-30 to 17-00\n\nFriday 08-30 to 16-30\n\nSalary of £45,000 - £50,000 plus bonus and use of company car
