Responsibilities and expectations
* Competitive salary: £53,720 basic salary (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance if applicable), with the opportunity to earn up to £58,000
* Weekly variety: Youll work on average 40 hours per week across the year, with your roster seven days in advance and core working hours confirmed three days prior
* Flexibility to work outside standard hours: Shifts will fall between 06:00 and 02:00 and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

We will equip you for success from day one with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit all provided.
What you’ll do: You will be a problem solver, a people person, and an ambassador for the RAC. You’ll handle fault diagnostics, tyre and battery issues, manage your own kit, keep your van stocked, and complete accurate reports.
Qualifications
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
* A customer-focused approach
* A full UK driving licence
* Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and open to travel with overnight stays, if necessary
