About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the property lettings industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive performance while providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively source new landlords, tenants, and properties through networking, canvassing, and referrals.
* Manage the lettings process from start to finish, including property viewings, negotiations, and tenancy agreements.
* Provide expert advice to landlords and tenants on market conditions, rental valuations, and legal obligations.
* Ensure compliance with lettings legislation, company policies, and industry standards.
* Support and mentor junior negotiators, contributing to team development and performance.
* Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities using the company's CRM systems.
* Achieve and exceed personal and branch lettings targets, contributing to overall business growth.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with landlords to encourage repeat business and portfolio growth.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
* In-depth knowledge of lettings processes, legislation, and best practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Full UK driving licence
