Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis.
* Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles across all departments.
* Analyse financial data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and performance issues.
* Partner with operational teams to understand drivers of performance and support decision-making.
* Assist in the development of financial systems, controls and reporting improvements.
The Person:
* Newly or recently qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or qualified by experience.
* Strong Excel and reporting skills; ERP experience an advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across departments.
* Strong analytical mindset with a proactive and solutions-driven attitude.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
