Administrative Assistant For DWF's high profile Central Services Team we are seeking to recruit an Administration Assistant to be based in our Manchester Office. As an experienced Administration Assistant, you will be supporting the business in the production of on-site administration and carry out the following tasks: Photocopying, printing and scanning of documents in line with business processes Preparing post to be sent as required Locating documents from physical files for copying/scanning or other actions Closure of physical files and preparation of files for archiving to Iron Mountain Maintaining physical files in line with business process and regulatory requirements Downloading/uploading of documents from CD/memory sticks to relevant systems We are keen to hear from candidates who share our values of teamwork and client focus. A similar background in a legal environment would be ideal, with experience of: Basic to intermediate IT and keyboard skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft systems. Knowledge of relevant document and case management systems. Excellent administration / organisational skills. Ability to work to set deadlines and service levels. A good team spirit with proven team working skills. Good attention to detail and concern for accuracy and quality of work Excellent communication skills.
