Our client in Buckinghamshire are looking for a Physiotherapist to join their team.

To provide clinically effective, person:centred physiotherapy assessments, guidance, interventions and training. Providing a preventative, maintenance and restorative physical health service for people with epilepsy and associated conditions served by Epilepsy Society. Promoting health, wellbeing, dignity and ability.

Key accountabilities:
*Participate in the therapy triage of referrals and manage a complex needs caseload
*To assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual treatment plans for the people we support. Providing guidelines for support staff and medical staff towards the persons Support Plan or Care Plan and professional reports towards support planning and funding
*Supervise assistants, students, volunteers and work experience attendees
*To contribute to the development of the physiotherapy service and the management of a safe effective physiotherapy facility and resources/equipment
*Participate in Clinical Governance and quality improvement projects within the service where appropriate
*Participate in physiotherapy team audit and evaluation and projects as agreed with supervisor
*Contribute to the provision of the therapy service to the on:site epilepsy assessment ward
Essential
*Experience at NHS band 5 Physiotherapist or equivalent or above
*BSC in Physiotherapy or equivalent
*Good IT skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent organization and prioritisation skills
Desirable
*Experience or working with people with epilepsy
*Experience of working with people who have learning disabilities and communication difficulties
