Salary: Up to £45,750 (DOE) Plus: £3,000 Welcome Bonus + £3,000 Market Supplement

About the Role
As a Referral and Assessment Social Worker you will:
6. Carry out high‑quality assessments and interventions
7. Work closely with families, partner agencies, and multi‑disciplinary teams
8. Complete short term work to meet needs and prevent long term involvement
9. Contribute to safeguarding, planning, and delivering positive outcomes for children and young people
10. Uphold AFC’s values of inclusion, fairness, and child‑centred practice
Qualifications & Requirements
11. Relevant Social Work qualification
12. Completed ASYE
13. Active Social Work England registration
