We are supporting the recruitment of an AFTERSALES MANAGER to lead the team at a busy franchised dealer in Newton Abbot, a top performer nationally for the brand.
Representing a high-quality brand, one of the UK’s best sellers, with a great reputation, this position offers significant potential for a skilled Aftersales professional.
You’ll be leading a team of 11 Technicians, along with Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and Administration staff to deliver business objectives, brand commitments, and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the Aftersales team to meet customer service targets and ensure the brand experience.
2. Ensuring effective collaboration with the Sales and Administration teams, and across other dealerships if necessary, to provide excellent customer service.
3. Overseeing the daily operations of the Service Department to meet franchise targets.
4. Planning proactively to maximize efficiency, productivity, and throughput volume.
5. Achieving departmental budgets through innovative management and financial awareness.
