Job Title: IT Procurement Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead sourcing and contract management for IT and IS services across UK and Germany
* Deliver cost savings, value, and risk mitigation through effective procurement strategies
* Manage full contract lifecycle: tendering, negotiation, execution, and renewals
* Build strong supplier relationships and ensure performance aligns with business goals
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders across IT, data, infrastructure, and commercial functions
* Ensure compliance with procurement policies, risk, and governance frameworks
* Support strategic IT projects and transformation initiatives
Candidate Profile:
* 3+ years’ experience in IT/IS procurement
* Strong understanding of licensing models (SaaS, cloud, subscription)
* Skilled in supplier negotiation and contract delivery
* Confident working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
* Degree-educated or equivalent experience
Location: Luton– hybrid (3 days onsite)
Salary: £75,000 + 30% bonus + private family healthcare
