Premier Work Support are on the lookout for an experienced F&B General Manager to oversee cafés, premium lounge, pub, and pop-up dining outlets. You’ll be responsible for operations, team leadership, commercial performance, and ensuring a top-tier experience every step of the way.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead and inspire a large F&B team across multiple fast-paced outlets
* Drive sales, profitability, and outstanding service standards
* Ensure compliance with all food safety and allergen regulations
* Own recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews
* Collaborate with stakeholders and represent F&B in strategic planning
What we’re looking for:
* 3+ years' experience in senior hospitality/F&B management roles
* Proven commercial acumen with £5M+ annual turnover
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage large teams
* Solid knowledge of HACCP, allergen law (Rachel’s Law), and food safety
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Food Safety Level 3+, Hospitality Mgmt, Personal License)
