Forest Row Church of England Primary School is seeking a caring, reliable, and proactive Individual Needs Assistant to support a KS1 child with a physical disability. The child is engaging, loves learning and has a great sense of humour. They enjoy conversation, learning, and being involved in daily classroom activities alongside their peers. The role focuses on enabling full participation in learning and school life through practical, emotional, and organisational support and maintaining opportunities for social integration.
