Job Description
3. Prepare and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
4. Assist with bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
5. Support the month-end close process by providing essential data.
6. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks effectively.
7. Respond to client and supplier queries in a timely manner.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
9. Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team as needed.
10. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
