Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to the transport and logistics team
* Processing delivery paperwork and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with drivers, warehouse staff, and external partners
* Monitoring transport schedules and updating internal systems
* Handling incoming calls and queries professionally
* Ensuring compliance with company procedures and transport regulations
