The role:
Advise and coach managers on HR issues including performance, absence, and employee relations.
Support organisational development initiatives and training programmes.
Assist with employee engagement activities such as surveys and focus groups.
Help deliver recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a great employee experience.
Maintain accurate HR data and use insights to support decision-making.
Contribute to people-led change projects and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards Level 5).
Previous HR Advisor / People Advisor experience, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or logistics.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confidence handling day-to-day ER cases.
Good HR systems knowledge and ability to work with data.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
