About the Role:
Client is hiring a Business Development Director to drive new business acquisition in Insurance (Life, P&C, Reinsurance).
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new logo acquisition across Insurance clients.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
* Sell IT and transformation services:
o Policy Admin Systems
o Claims transformation
o Data & analytics
* Lead client conversations and deal closures.
* Develop industry-specific GTM strategies.
* Collaborate with internal solution and delivery teams.
Required Experience:
* 1215 years in IT services sales.
* Proven success in Insurance hunting roles.
* Strong relationships with insurers and brokers.
* Deep understanding of Insurance value chain.
Good to Have:
* Experience with platforms like Guidewire / Duck Creek. xxuwjjq
* Exposure to InsurTech ecosystem.
