Yoke Global Ltd
Formed in 2013, Yoke Global has built a reputation as a trusted operations partner to Financial Adviser firms across the UK. We provide fully embedded client servicing support, covering PA support, administration and paraplanning coordination.
We are not a task-based outsource provider. We take responsibility. Our team becomes a natural extension of the firms we support, owning workflows, proactively managing cases and delivering a first-class experience for advisers and their clients.
To do that well, we need exceptional people. People who care about detail. People who communicate clearly. People who take pride in doing things properly.
If that sounds like you, read on
The Role
This is a pivotal role within Yoke.
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will manage end-to-end client servicing for 1–3 adviser firms. Each firm may use different systems and have different working styles, so the ability to adapt, switch context and stay organised is essential. It's not for everyone but for the right person, it's energising and rewarding.
You'll be the operational backbone for your firms, ensuring every case is handled efficiently, compliantly and with precision. You'll work closely with advisers, client support teams and paraplanners to keep everything moving smoothly.
We are fast-paced, but deeply supportive. In our most recent annual reflection and planning session, our team identified our culture and collaboration as our greatest strength. There is no hierarchy here, everyone works hard, everyone supports one another and everyone is trusted.
Key Responsibilities
Diary and Schedule Management
Coordinate adviser calendars, schedule client review meetings and ensure review documentation is prepared to a high standard by the client support team.
End-to-End Case Management
Manage the full client servicing process from instruction through to completion, ensuring work is delivered promptly, professionally and in line with compliance requirements.
New Business Processing
Oversee the entire new business journey, including populating applications, submitting forms, placing trades, tracking platform updates and maintaining accurate data within back-office systems.
Paraplanner Support
Collaborate with paraplanners to gather policy information, prepare illustrations, run fund analysis and support the preparation of Annual Suitability Reports.
Client Communication
Provide proactive progress updates, conduct client care calls and deliver clear, confident communication at every stage.
Work in Progress Management
Lead weekly work-in-progress calls with advisers to review cases, prioritise workloads and resolve issues efficiently.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience and continually improve operational standards.
Career Development Opportunities
We believe in long-term careers, not static roles.
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will have opportunities to develop through:
Project Management
Take ownership of key campaigns such as Bed and ISA and Change of Agency projects.
Process Improvement
Work with management to refine processes, build efficiencies and develop templates that improve workflow and consistency.
Paraplanning Pathway
For those interested in becoming a paraplanner, we provide hands-on technical exposure alongside full financial support towards relevant exams and qualifications.
