This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate childcare lawyer seeking high-quality work, genuine flexibility, and a firm that values work-life balance. You will manage your own caseload of public and private children matters, handling cases from initial instruction through to conclusion with minimal supervision. Your caseload will include: Care Proceedings Interim Care Orders Emergency Protection Orders Special Guardianship Orders Adoption Matters Private Children Law Cases The successful candidate will possess: Strong advocacy skills Children Panel Accreditation (essential) 2 years' PQE in Children Law Significant experience across public and private children matters Excellent client care and communication skills What's on Offer?
