Our Cheltenham restaurant is already going strong, and we're on the lookout for a passionate Sous Chef to help lead the team and deliver knockout food every day.
What You'll Be Doing
Support the Head Chef in running daily kitchen operations
Lead, train, and develop the back-of-house team
Keep prep, service, and hygiene standards sharp and consistent
Ensure food is delivered fast, fresh, and full of flavour
Take charge of stock control, health & safety, and daily systems
Be a positive, motivating force in the kitchen What You'll Need
Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a busy kitchen
Love for bold, high-quality food and fast service
Calm, confident approach under pressure
Strong leadership and communication skills
Solid understanding of kitchen safety, systems, and structure
