The Role TUAL is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to design, build, and run our customer-facing service and maintenance function. Youll take ownership of field operations, supplier contracts, and support systems, ensuring our high-power EV chargers deliver a seamless experience for enterprise customers. This is a critical hire in a fast-moving, VC-backed start-up, shaping scalable operations and directly influencing the customer journey. ________________________________________ What Youll Do Lead service, maintenance, installation, and field operations across national partners Manage outsourced field teams and ensure high-quality service delivery Build and optimise first-line support and proactive system management processes Design scalable operational systems and workflows Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement Ensure customer satisfaction, reliability, and efficiency across all operations ________________________________________ Your Background Proven experience managing and building operations, service desks, or field service teams Hands-on experience with outsourced partners and national service networks Strong focus on customer experience, problem-solving, and pragmatic delivery Experience in EV charging, energy storage, or related sectors is advantageous Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, start-up environment ________________________________________ Why Join This is a unique opportunity to own and shape TUALs operations function, creating a scalable, high-performing service and maintenance model for enterprise EV fleets.
