Due to growth, we are currently hiring for a Head of Research to join our team.

You will need to be ambitious, target driven, confident, tenacious, and a true self–starter.
The role will be responsible for sourcing and headhunting candidates globally. Working side by side with the founders and Directors of Mode Search, you will receive hands-on guidance and support.
The ideal candidate will have a real flair for developing our client experience whilst also really valuing candidate relationships, which is equally important to us as a business.
The role will offer the flexibility to develop into a 360 role or a Director of Research position.
You will have the opportunity to get involved in creating your niche area where you can have true ownership and work across a variety of specialisms, including marketing, PR and Social Media, Creative, Digital, E-commerce and marketing, Retail Operations, and Human Resources. We believe in a flexible approach to clients and offer a truly personalised and bespoke service.

Requirements
* Recruitment experience within an agency or search firm
* Fashion brand/industry knowledge across premium and luxury
