Senior Quantity Surveyor - Regional Contractor

Derbyshire | hybrid

Up to £72,000 + Bonus + Package

An established regional contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team in Derbyshire.

You will take full commercial responsibility for multiple construction projects, managing costs, valuations, subcontractor accounts, cash flow forecasting, procurement, and final accounts. The role also offers the opportunity to mentor junior surveyors and play a key role in project delivery from inception through to completion.

About You

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Experience managing subcontractor accounts, valuations, and final accounts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Currently working for a UK developer with experience in partnerships or main contracting.
