About the apprenticeship
Duties
As an Apprentice Estimator, you’ll be involved in everything from estimating, tenders, contracts, commercial reporting and meeting with clients, contractors and customers.
If you’re one to tiptoe around puddles with trepidation, maybe this role isn’t for you. You won’t be spending every day in a clean, corporate office swivelling on an office chair! This role will give you a fantastic opportunity to combine your love of numbers, costs, spreadsheets and being in the thick of it out at a construction site.

Qualifications
Successful completion of a Foundation Year at Level 3 in a construction related area; or, 48-72 UCAS tariff points, minimum 1 higher A Level, 1 A’ level at A/B or 2 lower-grade A ‘levels (D–C range) or a BTEC National Certificate or Diploma Equivalent to 48-72 UCAS points.Successful completion of a Foundation Year at Level 3 in a construction related area; or, 48-72 UCAS tariff points, minimum 1 higher A Level, 1 A’ level at A/B or 2 lower-grade A ‘levels (D–C range) or a BTEC National Certificate or Diploma Equivalent to 48-72 UCAS points.
A full UK Driving Licence – during your Apprenticeship with us, we want you to experience and see everything we have to offer so you will need to be flexible to travel to other sites.
Flexibility with your working hours which may include evenings and weekends.

You will need to be a minimum age of 18 (by July 2026).
In joining us, you won’t be thrown in the deep end or treated like just a number; you’ll work in a close-knit team, with someone always on hand to offer help.
