The Role You'll lead operations at our Hamilton Square provision and support a nearby site in collaboration with a neighbouring Head. Your role is key in guiding students back into mainstream education or successful post-16 transitions. Key Responsibilities Provide strong, visible leadership Mentor and support staff Oversee the school’s curriculum and standards Ensure compliance with Independent School Standards Promote an inclusive, high-expectation culture Uphold safeguarding, equality, and H&S policies Represent the school in the local community About You Proven leadership experience (e.g. Head of Department, SLT) Experience managing similar-sized provisions (~15 staff, 35 students) Degree QTS, QTLS, or overseas equivalent Track record of improving student outcomes Strong understanding of compliance and policy Desirable: NPQH (completed or in progress) All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
