Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing large-scale EHV Cable projects, from inception to completion. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate diverse project teams and stakeholders.
Duties & responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of large-scale EHV Cable projects from start to finish
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
* Coordinate with internal teams, planners/streetworks and external stakeholders to ensure project success
* Develop and implement project plans and procedures, including risk management and quality control
* Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a positive work environment
* Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Skills
* Experience with NRSWA regulations and compliance
* Strong background in estimating and budgeting
* 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on utility projects
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
