Compensation: $55-65K
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
* Answer phones and greet visitors.
* Manage office operations, supplies, and equipment.
* Handle travel itineraries and executive scheduling.
* Coordinate meeting room setups and ensure the office is stocked and tidy.
* Maintain public contact list, update licenses, and manage AIA credits.
* Assist HR with employee reviews and new hire orientation.
* Support the finance team with administrative tasks.
* Plan and coordinate company events and social gatherings.
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
* Bachelor’s Degree.
* 3-5 years of office management in a professional services environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Positive attitude and a “no task is too small” mindset.
