Pay Rate: £90 – £95 per day (depending on experience)

As a SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will:
* Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of learning needs.
* Foster confidence, self-esteem, and positive engagement in the classroom.
* Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to ensure pupil progress.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning space that encourages growth.
Requirements for SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA):
* Previous experience supporting children with SEN or complex needs is desirable.
* A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with children.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A genuine passion for helping pupils thrive academically and personally.
* An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps.
