It is working for a highly successful, reputable company and working in a fast-paced, manufacturing and distribution environment. You will perform tasks that are critical to the business. This will suit somebody who already is an Operations Manager, who wants to lead from a strategic stance to enhance the workforce. We are looking for someone from a production, engineering or manufacturing background. An engineering focused degree would be the ideal.
