This full-time, permanent role has a starting salary of £26,777 per annum based on a 36 hour working week. We are excited to be hiring a number of experienced Outdoor Learning Instructors to join our fantastic delivery team. The team is based across our three centres, our canal boat and our outreach team. About the Team Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development (SOLD) is a provider of high-quality Outdoor Learning programmes. We are committed to inspiring and engaging young people and adults, improving and enriching personal and social development and raising achievement, success and aspirations in life. About the Role This is a fantastic role delivering high-quality programmes to ensure that our visitors benefit positively from participating in outdoor learning. As an experienced outdoor learning instructor, you will be working with a range of groups which include primary, secondary, college, graduate and adult age groups, SEN and family groups. Shortlisting Criteria To be considered for shortlisting for this position your CV and personal statement will clearly evidence:
13. A wide range of outdoor learning delivery experience, 'in house' sign offs / centre experience
14. Relevant National Governing Body (NGB) qualifications
15. Experience of leading projects with specific focus and outcome (e.g. curriculum linked, targeted learning, 1 to 1 work, activity session development etc)
16. Experience of working with SEN and groups with challenging behaviour
17. Program leading large school residentials
