Works Supervisor – Habitat Restoration
Salary: £30,105 per annum.
Hours: 37 per week.
Contract type: Fixed Term until April 2029, with possibility of extension.
Location: Kings House, Lynghurst, SO43 7NH. The role requires travel to remote locations not accessible by public transport. You must hold a full current UK driving licence; a Forestry England vehicle can be made available for business use only.
Responsibilities
* Support the restoration officers to plan and manage the delivery of our landscape‑scale habitat restoration programme funded by the New Forest Higher Level Stewardship (HLS) scheme.
* Plan and deliver work programmes focused on restoring and enhancing internationally important heathlands, species‑rich grasslands, woodlands, and wetlands in the New Forest.
