Job summary

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Portfolio Support Officer to join our Digital Change team. In this key role, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of projects and initiatives by supporting the portfolio team and wider project community across Ofsted.

Working closely with the Portfolio Manager, analysts, and project managers, you’ll maintain and update key information, support meetings, and provide flexible administrative support. You’ll also take the lead on coordinating team meetings, managing project templates in SharePoint, and keeping resources up to date on the intranet.

This is a fantastic opportunity to further your experience in Ofsted’s well-established team. * Ability to assist with the end-to-end governance cycle for key meetings, including scheduling, agenda planning, paper commissioning, minute-taking, and action tracking.
* Experience of managing own workload and prioritising work effectively.
* Ability to build strong working relationships within the team and with others in the organisation.
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, including proven ability to take an accurate record of meetings and agreed actions.
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Excel and the ability to adopt new applications quickly.
