We have an ambitious strategy and are on an exciting growth journey! As a result, our teams are growing and we’re looking to further expand our Shrewsbury Audit team. Growth enables our want to develop people to their full potential, allowing for both personal and professional success.
We’re looking for an Audit Manager who is wanting to further develop their skills, broaden their experience and be part of a great team.

Ideal person
* Have a minimum of 5 years experience
* Manage their own portfolio
* Up to date knowledge of relevant auditing standards, including FRS and IFRS.
* Self-motivated and driven, with a passion to succeed
* Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service
* Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance capability and build a culture of continuous learning
Role accountabilities
* Develop strong relationships with clients and role model exceptional client service expectations
* Proactive management of allocated client portfolio to meet agreed client and statutory deadlines
* Contribute to the achievement of team performance measures including 90 days plan and team goals
* Effective planning of work to facilitate team members meeting their weekly client delivery “number”
* Actively seek advisory opportunities from existing clients, personally delivering or communicating to appropriate team(s).
* Develop new business referral pipeline from existing client portfolio
* Convert all new business opportunities in line with WRP service proposition
* Develop team members to their full potential by dedicating time to supporting employees through coaching and sharing knowledge and wider experiences
