Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our Volkswagen Dealership in Worcester. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00, as well as working Saturdays on a rota basis.
Excellent basic salary with an OTE of up to £31,500 plus benefits.
A Parts Advisor is a key role interacting with all areas of the business including sales, service, and our customers. You will be directly involved in supplying VW parts to the general public, trade customers, and our workshops. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for providing exceptional customer service for one of the world’s leading car brands.

Role and Responsibilities
* The work is diverse; you’ll be working behind the scenes receiving deliveries and at the front desk serving customers.
* You will be responsible for pre-picking parts for workshop job cards, picking parts for customer orders, and checking stock availability from various enquiries.
* Through inbound and outbound telephone enquiries, walk-in customers, and internet enquiries, you will develop customer relationships by providing good product knowledge and creating a positive first impression.
* Ensure consumables and service parts are regularly replenished to provide a swift service to our workshop, other departments, and trade/retail customers.
* Handle warranty claims processing related to parts issues and complete all relevant administration promptly and accurately, including customer records and invoicing.
* Develop knowledge of our premium VW products to understand the purpose of vehicle parts and their functions.
About you
We are looking for someone with previous experience as a parts advisor within a dealership or motor factor knowledge in a similar role with another franchise or parts company. However, we are willing to train the right candidate if you have a good understanding of cars and the ability to learn.
You should be proactive, sales-driven, and maintain an outstanding level of customer service. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. A professional individual who can work towards tight deadlines.
