Role Description
Film Club is a fast‑growing community of producers, directors, investors, and industry professionals, built around more than just film discussion. Our focus is on creating meaningful conversations, valuable connections, and commercially viable opportunities within the film and entertainment sector. As the group continues to grow rapidly, we are looking to bring on a small number of Managers, Moderators, and Ambassadors to help support, shape, and scale the community.
This role involves welcoming and engaging new members, helping to guide conversations, maintaining the quality of content within the group, and encouraging meaningful interaction between members. It’s about creating an environment where people feel encouraged to contribute, collaborate, and add value. You’ll also play a key role in identifying strong content, supporting introductions, and helping to ensure Film Club continues to stand out as a high‑quality, professional community.
We’re looking for individuals who have a genuine interest in film, media, or entertainment, who communicate well, and who take a proactive approach rather than waiting to be asked. Ideally, you will understand what makes a strong, valuable community and be confident in maintaining standards when needed. A connection to the film or entertainment industry is beneficial, but just as important is your mindset and willingness to contribute consistently.
