Location: Borehamwood / UK (Remote/Hybrid options available)
At Pinnacle Pet UK, we're on a mission to improve the health and wellbeing of pets. We’re a team that values fun, works hard, and always strives for the best. We're looking for a Compliance Monitoring Analyst to join our terrific team of pet lovers on a full time basis.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Compliance Monitoring Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the design and execution of the compliance monitoring framework to ensure regulatory adherence across the Pinnacle Pet Group UK regulated entities (PPG UK). This role is central to assisting in the identification of compliance risks, the delivery of thematic reviews against the Compliance Plan, and providing actionable recommendations to strengthen and protect the PPG UK regulated entities.

We’re Looking For Someone Who
* Compliance and Regulatory experience.
* Appropriate relevant Financial Services Qualifications.
* Advanced Diploma in Compliance (DiPCOMP) or Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) would be desirable.
* Good working knowledge of UK regulation, particularly in relation to FCA / PRA.
* Previous experience of delivering Compliance Monitoring activity.
* Good working knowledge of financial crime and the management of financial crime screening tools.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to actively listen.
* Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and write reports.
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
* The ability to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
* Organisation — being able to prioritise and manage workloads, whilst delivering a high standard of service.
* Maintaining industry and sector awareness — locating, gathering, retaining and distributing information effectively.
* Thinking analytically - being able to understand complex technical information.
* Displaying confidence and professionalism - demonstrating relevant levels of knowledge and understanding, and providing views and opinions backed by a comprehension of commercial situations.
* A self-starter that can manage change, work under pressure and secure results.
* Previous experience in a compliance monitoring team in insurance would be desirable.
