Salary: £36,000 - 76,000 per year Requirements: Must have experience conducting behavioural research, specifically as a User Researcher Experience using prototypes is beneficial Ability to analyse data, both qualitative and quantitative, to prioritize areas Strong communication skills to synthesize and present research results effectively Keen interest in human behaviour and/or product development (degree in psychology, HCI, sociology is an advantage) Preferably experience working within a product team and with UX designers Experience working in Agile is beneficial Familiarity with the product lifecycle and how research fits into it Responsibilities: Lead user research projects alongside a team of researchers and UX designers Organize user sessions and engage teams around agile working methods Analyze research projects to convey key findings to partners Create reports and presentations to communicate findings at various business levels Provide insights to product owners on customer drivers for backlog management Embed customer knowledge within product teams through workshops and group analysis sessions Technologies: UX UI Design Support More: We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our User Research team in Nottingham for a 12-month fixed term contract.
