About Your Role
You will support the Operations Manager and General Manager in achieving objectives and managing specific projects. Your responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with the implementation of the Places Leisure Safe Manual.
2. Maintaining a high profile on the shop floor and engaging with staff and customers.
3. Ensuring staff are properly trained and delivering excellent service.
4. Monitoring staff performance through meetings and appraisals.
5. Overseeing daily maintenance and cleaning within the centre.
6. Supporting the Operations Manager in coordinating Duty Managers.

About You
Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar leisure or hospitality role, with team supervision and KPI management experience. You should be capable of motivating teams to meet targets and have a background in customer service. We value leadership, accountability, and a commitment to safeguarding.
