Static Electrical Multi Skilled Engineer

We are seeking a Static Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer to deliver reactive and planned preventive maintenance across a critical banking facility, ensuring 100% infrastructure uptime and strict SLA compliance. Working as part of a specialist M&E engineering team, the role supports the safe and reliable operation of critical electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems within a high-risk environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver electrical and mechanical planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) in line with SLAs
* Respond to reactive maintenance faults across critical systems
* Monitor critical infrastructure, plant, and HVAC systems
* Issue, control, and manage Permits to Work
* Escort and oversee specialist subcontractors on site
* Complete CAFM updates, reports, and compliance documentation
* Support shift handovers with full disclosure of critical service information
* Escalate incidents and act decisively during fault scenarios
Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications
* Recognised electrical qualifications, including City & Guilds
* Electrical installation background with general maintenance experience
* Knowledge and experience in electrical testing and inspection
* Proven experience working within building maintenance environments
* Experience supporting electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems in a critical facility
* Strong understanding of safety procedures and permit control processes
* Ability to work effectively as part of a specialist engineering team
