Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise electrical construction and installation works at project sites.
* Monitor daily site activities as per project requirements.
* Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and site management teams.
* Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
* Maintain quality standards during electrical works.
* Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
* Track manpower, materials, and site execution progress.
* Support timely completion of electrical construction milestones.
Required Skills:
1. Electrical Construction Supervision — managing site execution activities.
2. Electrical Installation — understanding project installation requirements.
3. Site Coordination — working with workers and subcontractors.
4. Safety Compliance — ensuring safe work practices.
5. Reporting — preparing progress and site activity reports.
Preferred Skills:
* Singapore project/site experience.
* Ability to manage subcontractors.
* Strong site documentation knowledge.
Work Experience Requirements:
Experience in electrical construction supervision is required. Singapore working experience is preferred. Typical experience range for this role: 3–7 years.
Education:
Minimum: Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Preferred: Electrical safety/site supervision certification

Requirements
Strong knowledge of construction materials, MEP systems, and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
