Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to lead the delivery of the Global Operations, Processes, and Tools Service (GOPTS) for a Gas & Electric company. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of services within the Digital Transformation department.

Education Requirement: University Degree in Technology (e.g., Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics)
Responsibilities
* Service Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the resolution of technical issues and service requests across the operational perimeter.
* Team Leadership: Lead and supervise assigned personnel, ensuring high performance through regular evaluations and feedback.
* Reporting & Communication: Provide structured and timely reports on incidents, problems, projects, risks, and action plans. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
* Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for staff, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.
* Operational Oversight: Monitor and manage service delivery in coordination with Team Leaders and Technical Teams, ensuring compliance with local contract terms.
* Risk Management: Identify and address emerging risks, proposing mitigation strategies and ensuring service continuity.
* Contract Compliance: Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure local adherence to contractual obligations and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
* Strong decision-making skills within complex technological environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, especially in cross-functional and multicultural settings.
* Fluent in Spanish - would be a bonus
* Technically proficient with a solid understanding of IT service management frameworks and tools.
