The Support Team Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred services across residential settings in these areas. This role requires strong leadership in managing support staff teams, ensuring compliance with safeguarding protocols, and promoting outcomes that enhance independence and community involvement. The Support Team Manager will lead teams in providing personalised care, support planning, and risk assessments. Key responsibilities include managing budgets and care hours, supervising staff rotas, and ensuring adherence to legislative guidelines, including the Mental Capacity Act, Safeguarding, and DOLS.
