Job Title: Cleaner
Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour
Type of Employment: Part Time
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 12 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Mondays to Saturdays, ideally early mornings from 6:30am to 8:30am
Location: Co Op, 17 Church Street, Copmanthorpe, York, North Yorkshire, England, YO23 3SE
Responsibilities
* In your new role as a Cleaner you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs.
* Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
* You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
* You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative.
* You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
* Ability to communicate and read basic English; previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential; flexible approach to the role.
* You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined.
* You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
