We're looking for dedicated Overnight Health Care Assistants to join our compassionate team in Consett, supporting individuals within their own homes. You'll play an essential role in ensuring our Service Users feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night.
Responsibilities
* Providing overnight reassurance and support for Service Users in their own homes.
* Assisting with personal care tasks including bathing, toileting, and continence care.
* Monitoring Service Users\' wellbeing, responding to any needs that arise during the night.
* Supporting with medication prompts or assistance (where required and trained).
* Light domestic duties to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
* Recording and communicating observations or changes in wellbeing to the day team.

Requirements
* Clear Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Two satisfactory references

We currently have opportunities for overnight shifts (typically 10:00pm - 7:00am). We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling options where possible - including set nights or rotating patterns to suit your lifestyle.
